Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving their item.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received; unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, customers are required to submit a written communication to Shouq8 via email at info@shouq8.com.
Shouq8 reserves the right to request additional information or clarification regarding a return request.
A customer service representative may contact the customer within 48 business hours with further instructions.

Return Process

Upon approval of a return request, Shouq8 will provide instructions for returning the item.
Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders upon receipt and notify Shouq8 immediately of any defects, damages, or incorrect items received.
Customers are advised to photograph the item upon receipt and include the image in their return request email.

Right to Inspect Returned Goods: Shouq8 reserve the right to inspect any returned goods before approving a refund. If the items do not meet our return criteria, we may refuse the return and the items will be sent back to you.

Right to Assess and Determine Damage: Shouq8 reserve the right to assess and determine whether an item has been damaged due to customer negligence or misuse. If it is determined that the item was damaged by the customer, Shouq8 may refuse the return and will not issue a refund or exchange.

Right to Charge Repair or Replacement Fees: If a returned item is found to be damaged by the customer, Shouq8 reserve the right to charge fees for repair or replacement of the item. These fees will be deducted from any potential refund or charged directly to the customer.

Right to Refuse: Shouq8 reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of any item that does not comply with these return conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged, altered, or misused by the customer. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including being unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Right to Charge Restocking Fees: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returned items that do not comply with our return policy, or in cases where return shipping costs are incurred.

Right to Enforce the 7-Day Return Window: We strictly enforce the 7-day return window. Requests for returns made after this period will not be accepted, except as required by law.

Right to Verify Payment Method: We reserve the right to verify that the original payment method used for the purchase is valid and active before processing a refund.

Exchanges

The fastest method to receive a desired item is to return the original item and place a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The same return eligibility conditions apply (original condition, tags, packaging, receipt).

Refunds

Customers will be notified of the return approval or denial within a reasonable timeframe.
Approved refunds will be issued on the original payment method within 10 business days.
Customers are responsible for any processing delays by their bank or credit card company.
